We had really great expectations from this hotel, primary for a 24 hours working pool, but unfortunately it turned out to be the worst hotel out of 4 on our 8 days Uzbekistan tour. LOCATION - very good, in a side quiet street by a big boulevard. Nearest attraction Chor Minor, 3 min walk, and to old town central Bukhara around 15 min. APPEARANCE - Here's one of the problems. The hotel you see on booking platforms is the old building and it is situated in a nice courtyard away from the street. Despite it's old, it is still nice and nicely decorated. BUT, they are enlarging the hotel, building a new hotel around it which faces the street, so you're basically lodged at a construction site. That is mentioned nowhere on booking platforms and is certainly no ones idea when on a vacation - you walk among raw construction materials and bunch of workers there. ROOMS - Spacious and clean, but with bathroom issues. Toilet not flushing well and shower broken spraying around so we took it off using only the hose. BREAKFAST - worst out of 4 hotels on our tour. Very limited and poor choice, on day 2 we took only coffee POOL - biggest issue. Pool is located in another building in that courtyard not connected with the hotel (nor it will be with the new building). In that way you must walk outside to reach it, so it might be usable only during summer. At the same time the doors of the pool area (which is frankly pretty big) are common glass doors not hermetically closing the space, but allowing wind and cold to penetrate, so it was cold inside even in October. For those reasons we didn't use it. STAFF - very kind, but after our stay made one very unfair gesture I don't want to mention. To conclude, hotel has a big potential if resolving the issues, but currently we were misled by lack of information, as otherwise at this moment we wouldn't stay here.

Everything was good although at first day had some problems for triple room but the manager fixed everything and satisfied us. They have good manners. The rooms are clean. Breakfast could be better and the food could be hotter. We had a great time in this hotel.

Our primary motive for choosing this hotel was for its pool as this is quite rare for Uzbeki hotels. The pool was great, but what an impressive project this family has taken on overall. For now there are 16 very spacious rooms which are luxuriously and tastefully appointed. A lot of attention to the “grand” feel of the place is also reflected in all public spaces. We loved it! This will be a property to revisit once construction on the front part is complete. The owner shared his plans with us of roof top pool area to come over the second phase of construction. The unfinished look at the front does not detract from the quality of our stay. Being low season in July with mostly family member providing service, the restaurant prepared breakfast for us from the kitchen, so there wasn’t a buffet spread as such. This was fine with us. Olim, one of the three brother owners was a true gentleman. Charming and gracious. As he was going in the same direction, he even offered to take us to our restaurant personally.

we spent in Bukhara 3 days and we stayed in this hotel. thr front side is not perfect as they are preparing a new part of the building but do not stop at first impression! when you enter the hotel everything changes! this hotel is incredibly clean and the room is equipped with all the comforts you need. but the real pearl of this hotel is the manager and the staff: they are incredibly kind, hospital and nice! super friendly and helpful. the hotel also features a beautiful and fresh swimming pool! position is very nice: this hotel is around 700 meters from the old city but the way is very safe and it's a nice walk! so worth staying for some days in Bukhara! thank you for the best stay we had in Uzbekistan!

We really liked the hotel and stayed for a week. Thanks to the excellent Internet, we were also able to work comfortably. Breakfast is not a buffet, but rather homemade: pancakes, eggs, pastries, tea/coffee. Pros: excellent service (always sincere and promptly ready to help, even order food at night), excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, a large bathroom, heated floors in the bathroom, the presence of a sauna and a swimming pool (free of charge), a large iron shoehorn (you don’t usually see this)) Of the minuses: we didn’t notice anything in particular, we just didn’t really like the style of the rooms and the hotel, but that’s not interferes with relaxation Location - 10 minutes walk to attractions

Lovely Hotel overlooking the great environment. all rooms face the great natural beauty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a junior suite, which for one person is too large, but i won't complain. Room was very modern, all amenities. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and private kitchen. The Restaurant down by the hotel, which specializes in all kind of food was great. Good quality food and good staff/waiters.
